Operational Permit Application information - Nonaerial Common Fireworks Stand & Storage
THE SALE AND USE OF FIREWORKS SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL STATE AND LOCAL ORDINANCES
This application is for Temporary Stands and Storage of Nonaerial Common Fireworks as per Idaho Code Title 39 Chapter 26 and Middleton/Star City Codes.
NONAERIAL COMMON FIREWORKS: Any fireworks such as ground spinners, fountains, sparklers, smoke devices, or snakes designed to remain on or near the ground and not to travel outside a fifteen-foot (15') diameter circle or emit sparks or other burning material that land outside a twenty foot (20') diameter circle or above a height of twenty feet (20'). Nonaerial common fireworks shall not include firecrackers, jumping jacks, or similar products.
Additional applications and permits are required for stands operating within the city limits of Middleton or Star. It shall be the responsibility of the owner/operator to contact the city and complete all requirements before the application deadline.
