LAND DEVELOPMENT

 Thank you for your interest in developing within the Middleton/Star Fire Districts. We look forward to partnering with you throughout your construction process. Our priority is to ensure your project meets all safety and regulatory requirements.

For minor or major development construction, including:

• Preliminary plats
• Final plats
• Land splits
• Conditional use permit projects

All plans must be reviewed, and permits issued by the Fire Code Official before proceeding with construction.

To ensure a smooth and efficient review process, please adhere to the following requirements:

• Draw plans to scale (minimum: 1/4" = 1'-0").
• Ensure plans are stamped by an architect and/or engineer licensed in the State of Idaho.

• A completed application form.
• Associated construction drawings. (Include a hydrant location exabit) 
• Findings of Facts, Conclusions of Law, & Order issued by City or County

• Applicable fees will be calculated and sent via our permit portal during the review process.

Construction drawings will not be reviewed unless they are accompanied by:

1. A completed application form.
2. All required documents.
