Thank you for considering building within the Middleton/Star Fire Districts. We are excited to work with you during your construction process and are committed to ensuring that your project is safe and meets all necessary requirements.

Please note that Subdivision, Commercial, and Multi-family buildings being developed or constructed within the Middleton/Star Fire Districts require review and permits to be issued by the Fire Code Official. 

It is important to ensure that your plans are drawn to scale, no smaller than 1/4" = 1'-0, and are stamped by an architect and/or engineer licensed in the State of Idaho. Additionally, please submit one completed application along with the plans.  Please note that construction drawings will not be reviewed without the application and associated documents.
