For Commercial and Multi-family buildings being developed or constructed within the Middleton/Star Fire Districts, it is essential to have your plans reviewed and permits issued by the Fire Code Official.

To ensure a smooth and efficient review process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Plan Format:
  • Plans should be drawn to scale (minimum: 1/4" = 1'-0").
  • Plans must be stamped by an architect and/or engineer licensed in the State of Idaho.
• Required Documents:
  
  • A completed application form.
  • Associated construction drawings.

• Applicable fees will be calculated and sent via our permit portal during the review process.

Construction drawings will not be reviewed unless they are accompanied by:

1. A completed application form.
2. All required documents.
